Cancellation Policy

A $30 Non-Refundable Booking Fee is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Please ensure you are 100% certain of your appointment as no refunds will be provided. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment time. All clients are required to come with their hair washed, detangled and blow dried without any oil in hair unless instructed otherwise. Our goal is to provide neat, beautiful, and long-lasting braids while maintaining scalp comfort. Because protective styles require grip and structure, slight tightness may occur initially and typically eases within a few days. All clients please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. A late fee may apply after 15 minutes, or the appointment may be canceled to avoid delays for other clients.
