Cancellation Policy

A $10 Non-Refundable Booking Fee is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Please ensure you are 100% certain of your appointment as no refunds will be provided. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment time. All clients are required to come with their hair washed, detangled and blow dried without any oil in hair.
